Appointment Deposits

A non-refundable deposit is required for all new set of hair extension appointments at the time of scheduling to confirm and hold your appointment. The deposit will be applied to your balance due at the end of your hair appointment.

Fees

Any client who chooses to use Afterpay will be charged a 7% fee on top of their total bill - this covers the fees from Afterpay

Card payments come with a 1.9% processing fee on top of their total bill

2 Week Adjustment Period

We offer adjustments within a two week period following your appointment, if you are unhappy with the placement of your Genius Weft

Adjustments will not be complimentary if left longer than two weeks.
Please contact us immediately to arrange an appointment time for any fix-ups or adjustments.​

Cancellation Policy & Refunds

We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice, as a courtesy, if you will need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. We are more than happy to reschedule your appointment and apply your deposit towards a future hair service if you give at least 48 hours’ notice. 


We understand that unplanned circumstances can occur, and you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. If you reschedule or cancel less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time your deposit is non-refundable and a new deposit will be required to book any future bookings. 


We kindly ask all clients to attend on time, by being late by more than 15 minutes, the appointment maybe cancelled and deposit will be forfeited. 


Once a new set of hair extensions has been installed into the client’s hair there will be no refunds or exchange.
